A private, judgment-free iOS app for people who want to quit pornography — progress tracking, urge and relapse logging, analytics, and motivational content, built so your recovery data stays yours.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your logs are stored on your device by default, and are only ever transmitted for cloud backup if you choose to create an account — encrypted before they leave your phone.

What QuitIt does
- Progress and streak tracking — a running picture of your clean time that a single slip does not erase.
- Urge logging — record an urge as it happens, along with what triggered it.
- Relapse logging — log a slip honestly, without losing everything you have built.
- Progress analytics — patterns in your triggers, high-risk times of day, and long-term trends.
- Motivational content — educational modules, coping exercises, and a short, finite daily video set.
- Optional accounts — QuitIt works fully without signing in. An account only adds encrypted backup and sync.
- Premium subscriptions — optional paid features, billed through your Apple Account.
QuitIt is a self-help tool. It does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or therapy, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
